first one is very good even if they are few others better than him... still he should become world class
the second one is really special and can reach 5x17 or even 5x17+
ps : they were just as cheap like Pogba... haaa

They are equal.
1st one has better pace and tech, skills which train slower than playmaker.

pop to 4 was from general or full training? if later, still some concerns that talent is not so great and even if it is exactly 17gt without subskill from previous pop I would say it's definitely good talent but not amazing.
Second one is definitly better...he is only 1 point behind at pace, but +2 overall...maybe he can compansate with a better talent in time, but 2 points could mean 6-7 weeks ahead...

Miaso, at the end of the season:
Rolandas Miasojedovas, age: 18
value: 1 818 000 zł, wage: 11 500 zł
klub: Texas Hold`em, country: Lietuva
unearthly form, adequate tactical discipline
poor stamina, unsatisfactory keeper
formidable pace, very good defender
outstanding technique, excellent playmaker
outstanding passing, unsatisfactory striker
it`s 5 points between them right now, but your player can take 4 pops until the end of the season...i assume he is really talented

of course pm trains faster but they're not equal... how they will look like at 27-28 y depends alot on talent and injuries... but in my opinion with similar talent and injuries first should be 5x16 and maybe 2-3 skill divine and second almost sure can be 5x17 with 2-3 skill 17+ or even 5x17+...
keep in mind that the first will not play until late 19 or early 20 in the U21... while the second has already played for Poland who is a much better NT than Spain... another plus for him

You are trying to tell me, that there will be such a huge gap in skills between these 2 players and your judgement is based on fact that Chęcielewski played 3 U-21 games, 20 minutes each so far? Seriously?
Keep in mind, that Poland is 10 times bigger nation than Spain and for sure Cañamero will be a regular U-21 first team player very soon, Chęcielewski has a way lower chances.
@spin
6-7 weeks ahead?
For now, Chęcielewski is losing 1 level of pace and 2 levels of tech, while he is 5 levels higher in PM.
Let's say that both are just after pops in every skill and they have a similar, excellent talent. Chęcielewski will take 3 weeks to pop on [12] pace and another 5 weeks to pop on [11] tech. 9 weeks all together. In the same time (9 weeks) Cañamero may pop 5 times in PM and be EQUAL.

maybe you're right and i'm wrong... time will tell
but if they are equal how is it that one started playing at a much stronger nt (even a few minutes) and the other will probably wait in 1 season until his debut (until it reaches level 8 or 9 at pm probably will not play at nt) at a weaker NT
that's like saying in real life that Ansu Fati who already played for big NT Spain ( one of the best NT ) is currently equal player to Giovanni Reyna who hasn't play for USA ( a decent but much weaker NT ) at U21 ( i don't think he even play for U19 )... both players have the same age

The current U-21 NT coach in Poland, does not take his role seriously. If you have a time you may check what players have been used in a very recent friendly games. (for example 20yo 2 x 13 DEF with a low side skills, I'm not joking.)
I will not say something revolutionary, but in my opinion that one with better talent will become a better player in the future. :)

lol...
lol...
What lol?
I dont judge him, it is only an online game and he may do whatever he like. I just explain why Chęcielewski has 3 appearances in a u-21 NT already, while there are a way better players.

depends....
when he is coaching a u21 team, he can't make whatever he like and if he make something, he need to explain the reason for that also...

Both have top talent
Which will be better? ... I dont know. I think it depends injures . And I dont know sublevels of some skills that never pop after youthschool. Cañamero 3 skills dont pop and checielewski 2. This season only train pace so impossible to reach Mlaso. Maybe in the future? Very very difficult, and with new sokker and season of 13 weeks... impossible!!! Hehe
