He has some extras(like +2) in pass&pm, but have 0 extras in other skills so not sure about catching up on Kajdas. I would probably expect 5 pops between pass/pm/def next season without injuries.

I'm still not sure about my exact training plan for next season but also expecting 5 pops from Kajdas (could probably push for 6 but that would leave him almost without any extras at the end of season).

The ghost I'm trying to chase (Miaso) also had 71 MID skill sum at the end of his 21yo season but just 3 pops in his 22yo season so I think Kajdas is on a good trajectory to reach 5 x 18.

My biggest concern atm is that I won't be able to give him enough playing minutes most weeks this season for max training. :(

Can be very Hot with right training plan, but here question is his owner to not recieve very good offer, to train him minimum for U 21 matches ;)

My training plan for now is passing and playmaker. He will receive a full 90 minuets in my first team squad of course. :)

You are right, but unfortunately I have to plan my training based on my entire squad. I have just finished a short technique session and he pooped 3 times within a 4 weeks.

To be 100 % honest with you, think that this plan is not perfect for him, but is acceptable for a season. You must to start, train another 3 mid skills in a next 2 seasons after this, when hi become 20 y., and start to play for Junior NT, to be with good distribution between all 5 mid skills. Of course, there is another way in front of you to make him a winger, but i as trainer that always is training mids in my career, preefer all arounds type midfielders, because can be used in all position in the field ;)

Maybe you are right. But I don’t train this player for U-21 NT, but for my personal needs. :)
