Of course other skills... he will be superdivine age 25-26 by gt when 17+17 already.... all trainings from now on at pace or def is lost from other skills

I'm thinking about giving him a little push in defense and speed because he'll already be in my team's first 11 and probably next season in the senior team's, and in order to compete at the highest levels against auperdivine strikers, the difference between Divine and Superdevin is quite significant. Maybe give him 2-3 training in defense and speed so that he can improve randomly before the age of 25-26?

sorry, but adaca is right. Give him tech and playmaker now. That will help him more for your first team than def/pace.

That would be 4-6 trainings stolen from secondaries.... it will be around difference from incredible to brilliant in tech

i have to check gow is it possible for me cause i play with 3 MID in my 11 , and 2 defenders as MID too because i training them secondaries..

What do train in att position...

Cause if you can train one of your mids in att instead. Just give a league match as att on wing... if you still want to cross all the time, just place him very wide, only difference is then he will try dribble more...

Otherwise maybe one of mids can train as def? If not so good, give him full friendly def, and 23 min def in your easiest league game that week

They can't train as defenders anymore because I have young players who are receiving defense and speed training.
And as for putting him as a winger, that's problematic, because I'm fighting for the championship in my league and if I put him on the wing as an attack I'm harming the entire dynamics of my formation which will lead to losing the championship and ongoing financial losses.

I think I'll have no choice but to give up training for Ben Gabay. It sucks, but these are relatively good troubles... :\

If you dont want to comprimise a bit on tactic or give some mid pace or def and then the 21 yo train with mid, then I would advice you sell 24 yo def, as he most Likely will train in new club and you keep the important 26+27 yo training on the 26 yo...best outcome for Israel
