I have no idea the strength of other polish players but they are usually so strong, in a smaller country I would say yes definitely but for Poland I would think there's a lot of competition. You would be better asking the actual Polish U21 manager.
Wow I think I would have stopped training defender and pace at 17 and worked on secondaries and left the general training get that last pop.....what a player though at 21!

In general, you're right, but I didn't want to wait until he was 24-23 for him to randomly increase in these skills, so I gave him +2 in every position after 17, so that he would already be 18. It's very important for me to line up against very, very fast and technical strikers, so it serves me better
next season he will already gonna play in the Senior NT ♥
