it cannot to be calculate 100% correctly. Because players have already youth academy points as well when joining to teams too. But margin of surprise points getting smaller for each skill improvements at long term.

That can explain 1w to good at age 18. But next skill probably started from ~7.0.

In generally that extra points not taken to calculate coming from youth academy or last training progress which one not included to program.With each level of skills margin of that points getting smaller. This needs to be taken when calculating player talents individually.
