His pm is fine. I would suggest to train him one level defender and then a lot of passing and place him in defence with MID order. He will kill the opponent with through balls

I will be training those in years to come...he's only getting another few weeks of PM.
As long as you train his pace up before he turn 20, you will be fine.

no problem for train him this, he can train playmaker now and in the future never more... ability after ability... I dont know if you are understanding me ^^
