Hmm very interesting opinions, for my big regret, this player received 2 big injuries in my team for 40 + days total, even that he have very hight pace and to the end of season going to be incredible!This level of pace and time that he need to rise up give me optimistic that if I train him from now to the start of 21 only in technique and play he going to be not only MY Club U 21 Winger! In all of opinions I don't saw someone to take into account his level of pace, which as everyone knows is trained much more slowly, and this in turn will help to catch up faster with other skills in which he lags behind, because they going to be trained prioritatly!

I thank to all for opinions, because that give me more ambition to prove to you all that you were wrong!

Pace is nice but he needs skills what matters in U21.

He needs 5 pops in technique what is at least 1 season for him, 6 pops in playmaking - circa 1 season of training. So he will look ok in the beginning of his 21y, the time when 21yo players stop playing in U21 and he is still not good enough to play winger. Next problem is his stamina and defender
