There is one thing players from Romania haven't figured out, yet : if you have a coach employed at the junior school, will the skills of the juniors extracted be according to the coach's skills? ( ex. very good coach with magic passing; will the juniors extracted have higher passing skill ? or theyr skills are random ? )

It isn't clear, but I think it is at least 6(-7) weaks on average with an excellent coach.

Again no, this also isn't clear, but I think this factor is about 1/3 week imo...

My team`s average age is 18,9. Anyone can beat that? :)
