Subject: Divine+ Juniors ???
In no way is there a 0,16 difference from magical to unearthly ;)
That's just impossible, considering that there are 3,8er talents with formidable.

I got a divine junior with only brilliant coach and incredible in his first 8 weeks so there is no doubt that divine+ is possible :)
In Brazil a coach will have a divine+ junior next week
Divine+ Junior
So, is it impossible ? :)

it would still be possible with linear function
coach / minimum level
11 3.83
12 3.66
13 3.5
14 3.33
15 3.16
16 3

13 3.5

According to what I saw and noticed the last seasons, I make my calculations like this:
The difference between a formidable coach and an outstanding one will be around 0.15
Whereas the difference between a magical and an unearthly one will be around 0.10
These aren't perfect numbers, but I think it's approx right.
The higher the level of your youthcoach, the smaller the improvement of the talent..

Well, it does about fit the data I have from my own school :) Of course subs in coaches also gives a bit better/worse results. Give me evidence against it ;)

could it be something like:
talent*0,95 per skill extra for your youth coach
best talent is 3 with unearthly coach then...

I agree on that.
That's why magical and unearthly coaches are only money wasting machines.

total bullsh...
this season i got 1,25M euro from selling low quality juniors. and spent only 600k~ on unearthly junior coach salaries so far. so it pays of, and once you get some quality junior that advantage of unearthly coach boosts exponentially.... i wish i had that coach for Miasojedovas, could have turned out even 'monsterer' ^^

In the end it's all down to luck when pulling him.
Age, stamina and keeper is what decides if your pull is a big one, not if your coach was magical or unearthly ;)

Well of course if your junior is 0.5 level higher then your junior has more skillpoints to begin with. Of course a big part of it is just luck, but if you pull a good junior and he has more skillpoints, then he will also look better.
I don't think that it is exponentionally and I don't think it is "less" then other skill-jumps. I think it is a linear function. If better coaches are worth it depends on the potential of you juniors. If you have only guys with low level and talent, then chances are very small that a good coach will be worth it, but if you have lots of juniors with outstanding and higher end-level, then a better coach will be seriously worth it imho.
