It's all about skill points, and he has 57. I used to have a document which pretty accurately told you the level of pull, but it certainly sounds like a divine, though maybe not over that.

I've always preferred lower, younger pulls, like outstanding 17yo's. Really high level pulls are not great if they're over 18yo.
