the question would be: why would it be different? I don't think the initial devs would though about discretization for some things, but continuos functions for others... and continuos models normally work smoothly than its counterpart.

His talent does seem pretty decent (if you don't count the drop in the beginning) but you also have to keep in mind the weeks previous to this screen.
The decision to keep him or not also depends on age, how many weeks he has left in youth school, ...
In most cases I guess it's best you keep him, but I can't be certain with only the screen.

From the data on the screenshot, his talent can be estimated as 3.6; if you replace the first 7 with 6 it will be around 3.2. But yeah, you need the previous data to make a more accurate estimation. I have a feeling the last weeks are a little bit too optimistic for him and the talent estimate will drop slightly from the best case scenario in the upcoming weeks, but anyway, it's a decent talent.
About keeping him, yeah, it depends on the age/week at which he will get pulled from youth school mostly. My rule of thumb is something like 4-6-7-9-12.5 minimal level for players of age 16-17-18-19-20 exiting the youth school at the first week of the season, but this can be adjusted depending on the finances, how many other players are in the JS ( I always keep 6 free spots on Friday). Great talent is a very important thing to me, and I may keep a talented player even if he doesn't really meet my requirements, but there's an enormous difference between the 8 level player who will exit JS at age 17.0 and 20.5: it's awesome in the former case and likely still not worth it in the latter one.

I'm trying to invite people to friendlies and I get the message
"Invitations limit exceeded"
I double checked, and have literally invited 3 people to friendlies.
I have done more than this in the past.
Any more info would be helpful

If you're asking about the club emblem, I actually don't know, XxSaimonxX made it for me. But I would have used a vector graphics editor (e.g. Inkscape, Corel Draw etc.).
