In one way, it's a good thing there is a random factor to make form, but if a player should have bad form for longer time, it should be indicated by the player why he doesn't ''feel good'' in the current situation, so you, as a manager, know what you could do to improve his form.
Like F.E. he feels he needs more minutes on the pitch, or, he doesn't feel comfortable, training pace the entire time...

But players should be more in medium form (8-12) instead of one or either
He only had him for 7 weeks (not 18) so his screen could be legit (doesn't seem fake, the image is just a little too big).
Why has he mentioned about 18 weeks then? He confused me a lot :)

Hi all. Can an overweight player reduce the weight overtime after playing? Or it is permanent.
At the moment it is permanent.

It should be logical the bmi, height and weight should either be fixed (read: proper implemented) or deleted...
Hello, which trainer is better for Deff training?
The first one has 16deff, but the other on has a lot better sec skills for a player trained to become a Deffender.

The first one, because of "unearthly [16] DEF" - this is what matters for individual training (you train DEF).
The other skills are important for general training and general training is not so much amount of training, like individual training (it's about 10% of individual training)
