Whats'up, noob question: does the youth school players development become regular at some point? I have a lot of players that already played 10+ games and still drop his general skill. It would be great if devs are looking to fix this, I have an unearthly junior coach and even still he can't estimate player's skills properly after lot of games :/.
Unfortunately not, drops can happen till the last week the player is in the ys. With an unearthly coach it should be the most regular it can be with the current system.
The development is always regular.
There are no drops on the development, only in the estimations.
e.g. A aplayer is on level 6 for 3 weeks and aon 4th week he reaches level 7. The estimation can be 6 6 6 7 or 8 5 6 6 or 4 5 6 7 or whatever...

Hello, earlier this season I saw in development diaries that we were going to be able to adjust friendly matches on play-off match day if we don’t have any already. So, my question is this update comes true for this week or next seasons? Thanks.
We don't know yet, but will be great a friendly match on Sunday, come on devs! :)
