Oh, I misread it :)

yes, I was asking about the way the teams that won national cup are selected, not all winners qualify but I wasn't sure about which ranking decide it, team ranking, or NT ranking, or average between NT and U21

What was that again? A new youth player is never better than 7? But if he has an 8, then it is a misjudgement? In other words: a new youth player can never be better than 7?

yes, maximum entry level was always 7 (or somewhere around 7,25 to be more precise), everything higher then that is only possible as a result of misjudgment.

My last cup game is the first game I ever saw that nothing was reported in the second half.

Sorry if this was answered already but what would you guys consider good talent when training younger players? For example how many weeks for 16,17,18,19 year old player to jump, playmaking for example, from 1->2,2->3,3->4,4->5 and so on? Is speed trained equally fast as other skills? And is there some thread that covers this cause i can't find any?

I'm happy to be corrected but from memory (answering a couple of questions).

Pace training is about 1 week slower than other skills (this is likely to be a % rather than just 1 week, and the stats were probably calculated back when we knew talents on juniors, so pace either trains "1 week slower" or "20-25% slower" as most people would have been training with people with talent 4 or 5). I'm not sure which is correct or accepted.

Youth school talent in the old system when you knew the talent, best was 3 weeks, with an unearthly coach in the youth school. Anything under 4 was considered good.
Personally I aim for under 4, but with the current system where you can only get an approximate, and most people keep terrible data on their youths, I would be happy with anything under 5.5 using linear regression on the youths talent, with a magical youth coach.

As far as your level to level, I can't answer this. I tend to consider a 16 or 17yo should have skills less than adequate pop every 2-3 weeks. Then an 18,19,20 should have skills up to outstanding pop every 4-5 weeks, and then you really notice a players talent when they hit the high skills as they take a long time. But this last paragraph is preference, not necessarily fact. I too would like to hear what people say about it
