35k is already a good deal I think for Magical.

Yeah...of course!
I was talking about the minimum price...

There are so few coaches on transfer list yet many users bidding..

Recruiting...
I know, it's 0% certainty, but 100% more fun :-)

If you started the game a few weeks ago you shouldn't even try to recruit a coach according to his general level (assistant).

Just focus on a main coach unearthly on the skills you are training (with a low salary ofc).

I already have a main coach- unearthy on the skill i train, now i am looking for 13-14 skill junior coach but they are so few options on transfer list.. If recruiting doesn't worth to try, i guess i'll just wait a bit

First you must have 3 assistant coaches with as much higher general skill as you can afford, so that your training is effective. Youth school will just destroy you economically and you will never train your players properly without the assistants. Youth school is for much later. Focus on the main team

I have assistants too.. 7 skill and 2,5k euro wage.. And the main coach is unearthy on the skill i train and the wage is 9k,i think its not expensive...I agree with you about finances, but youth school is fun and i can't wait.. I think anything under 25k wage for youth coach is fine for me to avoid bankruptcy

I would open the youth school before getting the 3 assistant coaches. I have myself 3 magical assistant but this is maybe overkilled as we don't know the exact influence they can have on the training.

The key is to buy / train / sell young players to get some cash if you dont want to wait 10 years IRL before to have a competitive team.

You don't need assistants to do this, just buy the right players on the market.

my suggestion is to keep the first season withouth youth school, BUT if you want to open it, hire only an excellent coach, just to start getting juniors< then after having aroung 15+ good juniors *not so bad juniors( then try to ghet a better coach

Yes but the season is almost over and if i move to higher league i'll get more money from sponsors right? So far i have 7 matches in the game with 7 wins!! Every time i get more money from sponsors, so it makes me confident for youth school haha.. But yeah, i'll be careful, thanks

Well... Sometimes ascending doesnt mean more money, it dependes how strong is your team inthe league.

If your team is not strong enough for the league, the sponsors mood can decrease and you will end getting less money than in the lower división

Yes, just be careful

What's the difference between pitch condition and pitch maintenance? My current pitch condition is 97% but the pitch maintenance is 0%. So should I pay money to bring back pitch maintenance to 100%?
2020-12-07 08:16:16
Pitch maintenance is to bring pitch condition back to 90%+..... but as long as you have the best grass (as you do) you will never need it..... the grass implementation was a big fail....

I cant remember if those two sunday friendly matches in the season break count as official or friendly matches for the training purposes. Anyone knows the answer?
