Just remember to click on update-button every Thursday (after training) and perhaps also every Saturday (after new juniors join your academy)

I'll keep the last one, what to do with the 17 yo weak GK
He will be 17yo when he will be promoted..

You can try keeping Matai just so that you can get an idea about how an average/adequate 17y GK might look like. Most likely, no one will buy him when he comes out but you can still take a chance. Since anyway, you have just 3 juniors, no harm in keeping him for now.

1.250.000 euro a season is good money for a training spot.... You could also train players with the intend just to prove talent..... this can take 5-6 weeks per player, and you can similar money but faster... but you need to track the training then and make graphs

I recon, for a striker trainer to have 1M per player per season is excellent!
he has more, cause the total profit value is 1.25M x 6 players x 6 seasons = 7.5M for each player x 6 = 45M!

That is incredible training!

Maybe that's the key. Try to train only talented players

Many users buy a lot of young trainees and train them pace at the beginning to filter those with bad talent and keeping the rest
