what is the talent of the first guy? sometimes he pops after 8 weeks, sometimes after 3 weeks. He is playing in junior league since october 2020 and yet his talent estimation is still like this

I would say around 4

You can never tell. The youth predictions are way too uncertain to give an exact prediction of his talent. It can be 3.5, 4, 5, 6...
What if he drops down again...

~4.7, maybe a little bit worse, up to 5.1?
At this number of weeks the linear fit will be close to the real talent regardless of these drops in particular weeks. You can drop the first 1-2 weeks or replace the obviously incorrect points with the average and see how the linear fit will change, sometimes it makes the difference when the number of weeks in school is low, but not at this point.
