and sub for DEF MID will come in first...?

i am pretty sure that there is some order in that....so that every time for DEF will MID? came first....no matter where does he stands in subs list......i think there is some priority for every type of order.....

No no, you misunderstand...
If you have
1) GK
2)MID
3)ATT
4)MID

f.e.

And a DEF got injured, the first FIELDPLAYER will substitute your DEF.
So in this example, number 2 (MID) will sub your DEF
Say, you have

1)DEF
2)DEF
3)MID
4)MID
5)ATT

and your GK got injured, nr 1(DEF) will sub your GK, !!ALSO IF HE HAD MID OR ATT ORDER!!

Was it ever confirmed that the player's order in team game and order in NT game must match so that he can get bonus on training?
