One last question. For the last 8 years i train only GK. Is it so effective for me to have 3 assistants? I mean is only for GK, 3 assistants will help my GK to pop up easier? Thank you in advance :)

Your assistants will ''help'' your main coach with his training.
So, yes, his GK training will be better with assistants, then without.
Also, they help him with the general training, so your main coach's individual skills accumulated with the total overall skill of all your assistants will determine your general training (GT) which influences random pops for ALL your players who played at least in 1 match.

So it's better to replace my assistant 13 skilled with 3 assistants of 10 skilled right?

Can anyone please tell me how I use a new tactic in a match?

I can create a new tactic, but when I try to use it in aa match using the "edit " button, it doesn't save that tactic for the game. Please how do I use my saved tactics?

Season -> For the particular match, Match orders -> Squad -> Basic Tactic (Choose from the dropdown).

Are we really supporting this crap now??? I have NO interest in another game.. do i really have to deal with this type of promotions of other games now that we are under new management.. this sucks!!!

Can I train attacking with MID role?

You can, but I wouldn't recommend it as the training wont be as efficient.

Strikers (ATT position) train most effectively, a bit slower the midfielders (MID) and to a little extent, defenders (DEF) and goalkeepers (GK).
