3 of my players suddenly got injured in quick succession. Was it because my pitch maintenance was 0%? I have made it 100% now but wanted to find the reason. Does pitch condition matter of pitch maintenance?

if in an official match I train defending, I know that if my defender plays with order DEF for 90 minutes he will receive 90 training points.
how many training points will he receive if I change his training to Playmaking, with the same order DEF ?

I clarify, knowing that playmaking is most effectively trained by midfielders (MID), the remaining positions train slower.

one quick question, i bought some players, who played this week in a league match in their previous teams, will they receive pace training in my team without playing them in my Cup match?

i bought 3 players today (yesterday):
1. Oscar Sonneville - no match played yesterday
2. Petre Pintea - has played
3. Pantelei Bespalco - has played

So number 2 and 3 will receive pace training without playing in CUP
Number 1 must play in order to receive training,

At first, my best friend registered in the game and we sent an email to admins@sokker.org. We don't live on the same house but i visit him quite often so i didn't want to risk. Is it the correct email to contact with them so we will not have any problem? Is there any other way to help us anyone from here?
