I have explanation.
So, current mechanism work like that:
Algoritm counts:
only non- arcade games
more than 60 minutes played in each one

What affects on player willingness to leave (all factors):
number of minutes played - if higher, higher chance to leave
Fanclub mood - when lower, than higher chance to leave
player form - when lower, higher chance to leave
number of transfers (past and ongoing) - when is high, lover chance to leave

So probably you can find answers according to it.
And please remember - we didnt introduced 4 weeks rule yet, so current mechanism works as always was, just arcade bug is fixed. no other changes in it. "

this is near top talent right? he jump random to 11 and then he only need 2 trainings and 12 gt to 12 passing, the best talent in my club, is possible to pop faster than this guy?

well, i think he is near, maybe top talent is 3 to 12, 3.5 is not that bad, and for me 12 gt is like 1.1-1.2, not 1.5 but you probably know more than me

He popped with general to 11 though. 2 weeks to 12 passing happens only when someone is close to 11 and pops with direct training.
For example - I have a player, who popped to 11 with general training and took 1+18 to 12 at 19y but getting 180min training and have top talent. 2+12 of course is worse, but not that far behind considering age difference and minutes played aswell.

Well the shown player gets 270 often.... :P

I would also say its close to top talent

my best were 2+4gt to 12 but after direct training, and another case 3 to 13, but also after direct training

Oh, didnt check that, but still cant expect much better talent.
Best that I can find from my guys is 1+11, but that was after 3 to 11 so he clearly popped from like 10.99 to 11 and had big subskill.

i agree with you guys, popping with general to 11 and then with 2 ET + 12 GT, it seems to be almost top talent! thanks for your oppinions and it seems that i buy a little beast

pd: also the 2 passing tranings were only sunday matches, with no nt game or friendly plus game. and another thing is that my coaches are not top level. magical set but the 3 assistants with low SS

Since when did the moderators decide we cannot make transfer topics in "Transfers Juniors" in other language on skills, as long as there was just numbers attached??
