i thought something similar haha, that´s why i asked, it seems to be that the lateral stands are the most important ones
What do you consider as a nice talent for pace trainees ?
I've 17 yo player who popped up from 4 pace to 5 with 6 GT + 1 Regular Training . I guess it is good but how you read it ?

yes it is good promise, but you need at least 2 or 3 pace pops to say if the talent is really good
Here it is - would you call this good ?
If so how you calculate the extra trainings ? I mean how you are converting it ?

Could still be either good or average. What he means is - you should continue pace training and see how much trainings will be needed for next pop or 2.
For general training - around 10-12 generals = 1 training.
For general training - around 10-12 generals = 1 training.
And does it change based on age ? or 10-12 to 1 training is applicable for all ?
talent valuation depends on so much we don't know here: subskill in the beginning (unknown), trainer skill + minutes played in friendly or official match (you didn't tell), and of course age
and: I've 17 yo player who popped up from 4 pace to 5 with 6 GT + 1 Regular Training
I see 2 regular trainings...?

Sorry my bad - now it is pretty clear .
And how do you assess the talent .
I mean what is a good talent for you based on ages ?
Would you consider below table as a good talent ?
16 yo ==> 2 weeks
17 yo ==> 3 weeks
18 yo ===> 4 weeks

Adequate>good 1 week best talent
2 weeks nice
3 weeks ok
2 weeks nice
3 weeks ok

It changes, the older the player the bigger the % he needs to pop. It's not right to consider a talent good or bad based on number of trainings, it's all about %.

Oh, indeed, how did I miss that :D
There is no 1 pop that will tell the talent. You need to look at ~3 pops minimum. He could have been 3.99 before popping to 4 and his 2+6 to 5 is closer to 3+6 which is definitely bad. Or he could be barely 5.01 after the pop and will pop to 6 with 2 trainings which is good. So keep training him and time will tell :)

Training effectiveness changes, but I think general training to normal training ratio stays the same.
You need to keep this in mind:
A player can pop in some skill with 3 specific trainings, or 3 specific trainings + "n" general trainings or 4 specific trainings, for example. It's all about %, and in the last case (4 specific trainings) the player gets lot more % of training comparing to the second case - if "n" is small (1,2, 3...). So, this player will pop faster to ne next level in the same skill, because skills are not integers.
