i dont get how to put players in 3rd match! So in league match i put first players to training 5 defs, in friendly another 5 defs to training, and in cup what players should i put?I can train 15 players or what?

if logout/login doesn't help it might be connected with the friendly league bug? You are in an active friendly league starting the same day as the cup.

Hi Devs, Mods, n all sokker community.
I notice one bad thing when I changed training staff. 3 assist trainer 12+12+12 gave 69% training effectiveness, there by, 1 assist of 14 level gave 82% training effectiveness.
Tried 12+12+4 - average rating shows 49%
So I have a simple question - is something I miss understood, or didn't know?

I can't give you any good explanation because it's a very good question in which I don't know the answer myself.
These ''percentages'' were only recently implemented and only the devs could give an accurate answer I'm afraid.
Only sadly...they have very little time to answer to questions...

What I can say is that all values, like the 12 - 12 - 4 you posted are all values with invisible decimals, like player skills.
So a very high 12 could be almost similar to a very low 14

But the exact explanation I cannot give you, sorry.

Oh...one other thing.
If you have, let's say, 3 outstanding assistants, the one with the highest wage will probably give the most % training value, unless his keeper skill is clearly higher than the other 2...
I guess it's something we will need to find out by experimenting and trial & error...

One assistant coach of level 14 shows 82% to the effectiveness of training,
one assistant coach of 12 - 69%,
together they shows 75%,
14 + 12 + 12 shows 73%
of all this I can assume that the effectiveness of training is calculated as the average effectiveness of all assistants, which is no needed to see this average effectiveness, and only confused.

We need REAL SKILLS
I hope this mistake will be corrected.

If what you showed is used for training… we have a bug

I mean the average of the three coaches must be the correct measure of efectiveness

if you have one 14 coach, it is (14+0+0)/3
That would be similar to having (4+5+5)/3

Despite GK is more expensive, the value of this skill is comparable to any other to determine average coach skill.

Yes. Indeed the numbers should be shown as a collective number all the time.
So, as you said...
If there is 1 assistant, his percentage should never be higher then 33% which is the maximum value an assistant could have...as being unearthly.
For Head coach and youth coach it should on the other hand be 100% since you only can assign 1 of each at a time.
Probably there is a small mistake been made, being it either a bug or a human mistake.
