Hi question regarding talent and training process.

Is it true that after reaching a certain level for example incredible as skill level, players are going to up more slowly, regardless their talent?
Let's say until formidable pace a player progressed every 3 weeks and from formidable to incredible it takes 4 weeks and higher the level gets more time consuming the progress will be?

Yes it is true. Every higher skill level needs more progress then previous level.

Yes and also by every season he gets older the same effect, player needs a little bit more training.for next skillups.

If my junior player plays, for example, as CB and has a good rating on every game, does that mean that he will come out with decent skills for a CB? Should the game mechanic work similar like that?

"good rating " depends on many factors
e.g. rating 30 for a junior with GK may mean that he has high goalkeeping or high pace
but rating 30 for a DEF may be high defending, high plamaking, high pace, high pass...
and rating 30 for a MID may also mean that he had to run a lot with the ball (that's why winger get higher rating, when they play as wings)

So, if I have a junior MID with high rating, then I can assume that he has some high skills

I don' understand this part of your question.

I mean ih order to predict player's skills and the best suitable position for him.

Today i signеd junior player who almost everytime had 50+ rating as a CB (he played only on CB position). Now his skills are like this:

Miloje Ilijiš, age: 19, height: 179 cm
value: 238 500 KM, wage: 3 200 KM
club: FK Mineral, country: Bosna i Hercegovina
form [9] very good, tactical discipline [0] tragic

stamina [2] unsatisfactory, keeper [0] tragic
pace [4] weak, defender [0] tragic
technique [4] weak, playmaker [10] excellent
passing [8] solid, striker [9] very good

I wonder how could he get such a high rating with zero (0) defence..

High Playmaking always increase players rating on every position (maybe GK not).

Thing is... with the senior squad it has the same effect!
A defender with outstanding defence and brilliant PM will have higher ratings, playing as a defender than a double divine defender with only poor PM
The rating system is totally broken.
And now, they are planning to make PM training a MID-exclusive training. Great job! :-/
