Talking about training... Do you guys (devs) plan to make the game more enjoyable for those who like to make competitive teams with older trainees?
Another question for devs:
Do you guys plan to set a minimum level in 'pace' for juniors? I mean, look at this shit:
Fábio Del Piero, age: 19
club: Albatroz F.C, country: Brasil
value : 565 000 R$
wage: 7 300 R$
very good [9] form
tragic [0] tactical discipline
height: 175 cm, weight: 75.2 kg, BMI: 24.56
average [5] stamina unsatisfactory [2] keeper
hopeless [1] pace excellent [10] defender
unsatisfactory [2] technique excellent [10] playmaker
good [7] passing average [5] striker
hahahahahaa

That's the system of the youthschool, it's a lottery, these talented- low pace players are ideal for starting managers :)
They were ideal in the previous training system and now that has no sense becouse you can train multiple skills and only 10 players.
Honestly it is kinda ridiculous to get a junior with 0 or 1 pace, when he was in the YS for 20-25 weeks.. Looks like they don't run in the YS :D
I am not complaining about skills like defence, gk or shooting, just about pace (maybe technique and passing too)

Thank you for info, I hope all my juniors have max 2 in pace, I love helping people!
Such players are waste of training place even for newbies
I pulled this OUTSTANDING junior today.

About that... nothing to do with the discussion, we are talking about a minimum level in pace, it's simple... Maybe 2 years of programming and devs could solve this problem, cause it really is a problem, an anoying one.
Look, I might have had the worst luck in juniors in the entire sokker community, so I kind of know what you're talking about. I've had a junior school for over 10 years, never have I pulled a monster or anything close. Any money I have ever gotten out of the youthschool is training a crappy player with great talent and making something out of him, selling him with great talent screens and so on.
But still, the idea of the youthschool is that it's a lottery. I might not have a lot of luck, but I'm happy when someone in our Belgian community has a great junior

Yup +1
And when you start creating boundaries with 'minimum good pace'...'minimum that...and that'...'better skill distribution for a position' etc. then suddenly every youth at level x will start to look the same
then a step further - one unearthly youth every 3 seasons, 2 magical every 4 seasons, 4 brilliant every 2 seasons etc. because it's not fair that some get 4 magical-unearthly during a time when others get 0
how boring would that be

Training
The distribution of individual skills is set for each junior when he comes to your junior team; each individual skill grows proportionally with the overall skill when your junior trains each week. Their talent and the coaches general efficiency determine how fast they develop and whether they will be valuable players after leaving the school. Whether a junior plays or not in a match does not affect his training - he always will get full training.
Important: The distribution of individual skills is set for each junior when he comes to your junior team; each individual skill grows proportionally with the overall skill
I have a good examples from my own case:
Player and his skills after YS: https://prnt.sc/ig9LEg6khEDI
His skill and progress: https://prnt.sc/H73OSateFH3f
So his SS is 35 so that means that he is indeed a 10 (but most likely 11) junior. His starting skill was 3, so that should mean that his SS was around 10. If we do a simple math, 7 pop ups * 3.3 = 23. Divide it with 7 skills (without GK), that should mean that every skill should be at least 3?
Or lets look at this way: stamina+gk+passing+pm=8. So lets say that all those skill were 0 and they popped.
23-8=15, means that other four skills popped almost 4 times? That is not proportional grow if you ask me.
Then imagine a player who appeard as a 7 and left the YS as a 16 junior after 30 weeks. He had a pm skill 1 and popped 9 time in YS. The same applies to other skills except GK which is different than other skills. If the "proportional grow" was real, his pm would be atleast 3/4. Right?
