Advanced training is the only real training.
Formation training is more for maintenance of older (non-trainee) players skills.
General training is provided by the head coach's individual skills + the assistants general coach level and is awarded to al field skills except the trained skill, for field players and all skills, except the trained skill for GK

When a player gets advanced training playing only friendlies, the 85% only applies to the specific skill trained or to GT (on other skills) as well?

@ufhcs... advanced and formation training is always + GT, but the GT only applies to the not trained skills.
So the 85% caunts for all training. advanced and GT

They won't get training. Move them to the left, free slots for another players.

I don't know this but I have a question about effects of training when a player is playing 2 or 3 positions in the week.
Adam has order def and he plays in friendly def , sunday mid and wednesday att . Will he receive additional rezidual training as mid and striker ? Thanks.

he will receive training according to training settings, e.g. if he is set as MID in training settings he will get the exact number of minutes he played as MID during the week and he will get whatever-skill-is-assigned-to-mid training

so, if I understand You correctly then with current settings he will get training of 90 minutes played in friendly match as a def and nothing more
