Go on the team that you want to send a message and click on the stadium/club. It will show the old skin.
Same thing if you are looking for players or transfers.

Hi,
I have a question about training, does a player need to have 100% in advanced training to get full training?

Always 100% is better than 96%, but...

From 0 to 96% it goes pretty easy - linear, you just need 1 league match to achieve 96%, or 1 friendly + 22minutes of league match.

From 96 to 100% it goes really slow, so you need 2 full league games.

Ask yourself is it worth to risk getting injured for additional 4%? I don't think so.

How do I invite a person to a friendly from their team page in the NEW front page/interface?

I'm looking everywhere, and I can't see it.

Click on their Trophies, it should redirect you to his old page :p.

How can you invite someone for a friendly with the new clubpage. See no button anymore.

use old page with opponent ID or click the managername here in forums (to get the old page too)

it is simply not there
yet, I believe

apart from what mauser suggested, You can click Favourite Trophies link or the picture of club logo in side menu - they both leads to old club page if clicked from new club page
