I have the same error with 2-D after latest windows 10 security upgrade build 19045.2728.

I had the same question in the past and I got an answer from an admin:
There is no way to transfer the club.

The only way is:
(a) to contact an admin, inform him and get his agreement,
(b) get rid of the old team in the other country
and (c) create a new team in Croatia.

PS: I do not remember which admin gave me this information - several years have passed...

please I can't see my 2d match it's always stuck on the line up :(

I wouldn't expect guys to work on a Saturday, but this was a known and reported issue since Tuesday.

At least they gave us a full week of friendlies so none of us will complain not being able to watch important games ;)

I have an adequate player in the ys who reached almost 60 in defence! So I guess 40 for this guy is perfectly normal!
However, you shouldn't compare A-team ratings with youth squad ratings... they're totally different

sure, I am not comparing this ratings... however, 40 in my older defenders imply ate least solid in defense...
