I think the speed of training has increased lately . Other players of mine popped unusually fast, for ex.a 19 y old feom 5 to 6 in 2 weeks at pace (!).

Last several sk mails which i got from manager kayalce i did not want, i tried to explain him, i was nice, later i made some stronger approach but still not rude and he keeps texting me... And when i explode i go rude he can report me and i can get banned, right?

Is here any machanizm in progress to protect normal users before they go crazy from those who can not or will not act like they are normal?

Any formations you guys recommend?

I remember reading (or got advice) that 5-4-1 is not enough attack to score goals for evenly matched teams. And 5-3-2 or 4-4-2 was recommended in general.

Especially maybe just my observation but winning midfield seems to create more scoring chances so playing less mids is counter-intuitive. Or people play 5-2-3?

Depends on level and available players, but the best and most universal tactic is a 532 with winger

Most often 4 mids are useless, same with 3 strikers (although in some scenarios 433 is useful)

In your country there is a moderator, you write to him and you will get the answer even if it is the task of the admins.

I asked Admin few months ago and he answered: "I'll change it on next possible occasion!"
Region is still the same...
Like everything on Sokker, seems it takes SOME time... :)

As someone who has just started training randos, I'm not convinced this is really the case.

The rate of gain will slow down as he gets into the middle tier of speed (8-11). I have guys who were quick at 4-6 range. Right now, the best trainee I have went from 8--> 11 in 11 weeks (age 19). Everyone else is worse.
