As someone who has just started training randos, I'm not convinced this is really the case.

The rate of gain will slow down as he gets into the middle tier of speed (8-11). I have guys who were quick at 4-6 range. Right now, the best trainee I have went from 8--> 11 in 11 weeks (age 19). Everyone else is worse.

Sokker needs new users in the staff of each country, the role of Tutor is also really important

My opinion

I agree, they need to show they are really working on it!
For new users are gameplay changes irrelevant, they need easy access to actual data, and someone they can ask in own language.
In English anyway, all you can read is moaning, and lot of things not being solved.
In my opinion, it looks not so promising...

I need pace for him but should i train him to make cam or st? :)

Give him at least 9 pace pops. Then you still can make up your mind about that.
Let his talent and random pops decide which way you can train him after pace...

Hi,
I have a very big problem. I am coach of the U21 Shqiperia. And there are three teams in first league without owner Who has a lotta of very very important players for both the U21 and propably the NT in the future. I know there was a thread about this but i cannot find it anymore. Is there anyone Who could help me find that thread or help Shqiperia to put these players on TL?

I don't understand because the topic save nt was closed. It is impossible that there is no free admin for an easy job like that.
The staff needs new members

If all admins are busy, I'll do this job. National team coaches of many countries are waiting for this. please help a little.
