not neccessary if he trains one skill for longer term
yes, but he is trainig playmakeing (propably - mids) so if he has money he should to have coach with more higher skills. and assistants will help main coach and he will have much more pops on Thursdays trainings:D
yeah... depending on what you can afford, id upgrade the main one, then YC and then assistants maybe more if you can afford it... head coach is the major priority.
also your YC isnt that good... magicals/unearthlies are dear though :)
TBH, i have 3 assistants similar to yours.. a magical YC, and head coach as seen here, and i cant complain.. im hoping to upgrade assistants to outstanding, after iv tried something i said id do in another thread...

Q: Whats the deal with this new 'promo lead' title some users have?
There is something in sokker called "league prestige" that is directly related this the number of fans that enter you fan club every week.
Every league has a league prestige value. This means that the third division in Uruguay has a worse league prestige value than the Campeonato Uruguayo (first division in Uruguay), but also means than Campeonato Uruguayo has a worse league prestige value than Ekstraklasa (first division in Poland)... why? Because Poland has 6,5 league levels while Uruguay has 3,5 (half levels are those divisionals that were created only with half of the leagues of the level).
My question is... if any country increases a half level, does league prestige increases accordingly? or is it that for league prestige to increase it is needed to introduce a whole new level?
Thanks in advance

what do you mean 3,5 levels and 6,5 levels???
IMO prestiege is dependant on the average ranking of all teams in the league and possibly fanclub sizes... - this can be assumed further since when they introduced teams to higher than bottom divisions with an update, some teams in leagues were taking a big hit to sponsor income...
go figure... IMO, its not related to the amount of leagues directly... although, if there are a lot of teams, generally the higher leagues will have teams with higher fanclub numbers and ranking points...

League prestige is not dependant on the avarage ranking of teams... its dependant on the number of league levels a certain country has (when I say "league levels" Im talking about divisions... Im not sure how you refer to them).
If a country has 3 divisions, the third one will have less league prestige than the first one... but also the first division of that country will have less league prestige than the first division of a country with 6 divisionals.
When I say "3,5 levels" I am refering to those countries that have 3 and a half divisionals (because only half of the fourth one was introduced).
¿Does anybody know the answer? I know discussions on this stuff is common in mods threads, but since I cannot post there, I would be great if someone with access to devs can make a comment.

When a player plays for the NT he trains 33% of that i'm actually training? So he will need 64' minutes in the match of the league for reach the 100% of training?
no, greg said, training is not linear, and for 100% you need 2 full matches. But 1 full match is almost full training (friendly a bit less), and imo the resting percent are not worth the injury risk of a second match.
But i knew that all the match league was 95% and all friendly was 90 % ... so it will be enough that a player play a match and some minutes in the other match to have the maximum... it's for sure that if the player plays for NT he'll have more % no?

95 and 90% are numbers I heard too, but I'm sure that it's only a rumor and not official. Greg wouldn't talk about things like exact training efficiency.
But assumed that a league match is 95% and a NT match is 33% (these 33% are indeed affirmed by greg), I would guess that league + NT match is around 99%, but still not 100.

90 and 95% are official (at least they were... I've seen them in the rules and in news), but the non linear training is new data. 90% and 95% training may be for the first complete match a player plays in the week... if he plays a second match, those values are not valid because training is non linear... that would have some sense.
hm, you got your team 6 days later than me in 2005, and I don't remember any rules text or news telling these 90 and 95%. Maybe some other old user can affirm if there was something like that or not?
