Nearly everyone has different preferences when it comes to maintaining their school. I think you are being a bit tight, i have had outstanding youths before with a talent of 6 that can sell, and watching how many age updates a player goes thru is vital too. I'd keep anyone that can promote as average if they can be 16 is one example.

Is there an experienced manager here who wants to take a look at my ten trainees (gathered in a closed association) and wants to eavluate and eventually see where I can make some improvements?

my friend klein has a problem:
he is in party with the enemy for 10-15 mins on the match, score a goal, then got 2 goals, and the enemy is going to be more better for the last party of the match.
the average stamina is about excellent, so that cant be prob.
is there anything, that why team going to be better when they score a goal?

enemy = rival

but party? you mean part of the match?

If your question is regarding why a team can be better than other in a certain period of a match if its not because of stamina, then I think the only reason can be a substitution, a tactical switch or a red card in his team. If thats not the reason, then its just bad luck... but in the end I think stamina MUST be involved in the explanation for that change.

when you get a PLUS you can write notes on a players page
is it limited ?(i think about 50 players)

there is no limit , at least i have more than 50 notes on players ,there was a bug with the sucked players which you can remove the note , but i don't know anything about your problem :s

i cant add more private notes on more than 50+- players

and also cant erase notes from fired players....

nd also cant erase notes from fired players.... this is the bug which i told you , i have reported at Bugs/Idea forum before , did you try to log off and enter again ? cause i can add a note in a player and i have more than 50 notes ...

i erased 16 notes...

Just to let everybody know: official answer to my question is "NO". Cometer got an answer and league prestige is not directly linked to the number of divisionals of a country.

annoy the game programmers until they resolve the problems. bugs with plus should be priority IMO.

apparently theres a big update coming soon... see if you can get it included in that
