I have a coach that I dont want anymore, if I sack him right now so I dont have to pay his wage next week, right? But if I keep him, then after salary paid update tomorrow, I will have to pay for him?
And I also bid for a coach but havent signed contract with him yet. So if I signed him now means I have to pay his salary tomorrow, but if I want after update tomorrow, I don't have to pay any salary for him this week. Is that true?

if you only bought him.. then yes you can wait a week before signing him... will be worth it to wait until after saturday's update to sign in my opinion...
generally if i get a new coach before thursday after saturday, i keep the old guy on as an assistant or something until thursday and then sack..

whats about my current coach? If I sack him right now could I avoid paying salary for one more week?
2009-03-20 12:58:00
you will pay his wage when you sack him ,but if you do it after the economic update, tomorrow 6am, you will pay him wage then + one more wage when you sack him

so if you don't need him anymore, now is the time to release him

Is there any difference between very good and good assistant coach?
Actually he is a good coach with such a nice salary, then what a pity if I have to sack him
If I sack him then I need to bring in a very good coach with double salary than that of the good coach
Is it worth to bring the very good one in?
2009-03-20 13:03:18
it is always good two have the best coaches that you can afford
