If a player has 4 talent in YS, would I expect him to get the similar talent in senior school (i mean pop every 4 week). he is 18, has average pace and I'm training pace

ys talent is linear (low level pops as fast as high level)
skill talent in senior squad is not linear (higher levels take more time than lower ones)

I just want a rough approximation. Cos if a junior needed 8 week to pop and then in senior need 8 week to pop pace, that's really bad !

he should pop in 2 weeks to the next pace level with that talent in ys (4w) and his age (18yo)
if youre unlucky, it might take 3 weeks. But for sure not 4 :)

I always say that pace training is crazy
this player popped after 3 weeks on good pace and on 3 on outstanding keeper

yep.. ur rite... remember being confused before by that because if you leave out px, it shows ur text but in normal size :P

If I bought a 18yo player, pace at average. Unearthly in pace head coach and 3 very good coach. If then it took him 6 week to pop pace, does this mean he has very bad talent?
