Do you have any idea about how fast is that bit? Is it worthwhile to pay more for that secondary skills? Especially I'm a beginer
At the beginning your head coach should have unearthly in your main training skill and maybe a bit stamina, not more. You don't have much money, and if you trian pace, you will need all your money to buy a few trainees.
I don't have much data, but found this:
My old head coach had playmaking 10 and passing 16. A 19y old player of mine had a skillup to 3 in playmaking, and 22 weeks later with 20y and only general training to 4 in playmaking. Plus he had a skillup with 20y to 3 in passing, and 19 weeks later with 21y to 4 in passing. :)

So what would be better? Paying to upgrade assistants or bidding a multiple unearthly main coach?
"My old head coach had playmaking 10 and passing 17"
you say 17 passing ..max is 16
you say 17 passing ..max is 16
how good are your assistants now?

beginer i advise to save money and buy players until you can compete in league and promote...
if you're training properly at the same time, 10 trainees...5 decent guys, and 5 younger reserve guys...
(6IF STRIKER TRAINING ETC...)
but yeah... incredible head coach and 3x very good assistants are minimum for decent pops = 40k a week...
id still go with main skills that are important (SEE THE SKILLS THREAD YOU ASKED ABOUT... Nin put everything there in first page.... i agree with his post
excellent of stamina incredible of keeper
magical of pace unearthly of defender
unearthly of technique unearthly of playmaker
unearthly of passing unsatisfactory of striker
my head coach for defender training... 35k or something... unearthly in everything important for defender except magical in pace... should be higher in stamina.. at this stage i now realise that but in the end i gain in everything else and he's worth a lot ;)
AS FOR YOU it wi be 4-5 seasons before you get coach like that and decent assistants (along with YS)
3x outstanding assistants (15.5K WAGE EACH)
make a loss of 60k a week at the moment... 185k max income from matches due to stadium means i make a profit every 2 weeks... which evens out when i dont sellout for matches or at the end of the season...
i advise to keep a positive budget. i have 500k in the bank at the moment... plan on keeping that... uness injuries force me to buy (and resell a week later - even at cut down price)
trust me.. 4% interest on debt is not right. it really adds up after a few weeks! ;)
focus on training one thing for now... 3x cheap assistants... (GOOD/SOLID) and see what happens... stamina and pace are always important early on ;)
no point in a great player (UNEARTHLY STRIKER AND UNEARTHLY TECH) HAVING TRAGIC STAMINA caus he wont get to the ball in time... pace is major factor... work on that and stamina for a season or ... then change to somethng else and sell some players maybe or whatever...

Thank you guys so much, especially Kenyard. I have unearthly pace main coach and 3 very good assistant at the moment, making a bit profit every 2 week. Maybe I will look for a headcoach with unearthly in pace and def.
Anyway, is a coach with unearthly in pace and magical in def still okay? I mean many of you say to recruit a main coach with no less than unearthly in main skill, so I wonder if the same thing happens to main coach secondary skill?

I think your staff is good enough for your team atm.
At trhe beginning you only need unearthly in his main skill, because of the costs. A head coach with all skills unearthly (except keeper) costs about 40k € each week, that's far too much for your team. ;)
You should spend your money for trainees now.

from what iv heard theres about 5% difference between magical and unearthly... very minor really... (meaning it takes 20 weeks training before an unearthly would have gained 1 extra session over him...)
in terms of general training then.. id say it takes about 200 trainings... estimating that general training is about 1/10th as effective with very good coaches..
so no its not worth upgrading ;)
keep a healthy bank account... thats what really matters early ;)
over 1-2 seasons you will notive massive improvements in players and kick some a## then ;)

I have a player play as a defender in the tactic, but I set him as a ATT. If I train striker does he benefit? does it affect the way he play?
I think that the order affect the way a player plays (ex ATT - maybe run more oten with the ball) but im snot sure. But if u put him in ATT mode he will benefict more with the striker traning.

Other question: What is the general influence of the skill "TEC"? In my point of view it affects a lot the other skills, am i correct?

He will dribble more rather than kicking the ball out of danger. It is really dangerous to set a DEF as ATT, imo !!!
does he receive similar training as a ATT? So a striker set as mid will dribble more rather than shoot immediately?
