yes - of course its only a slight difference.... i guess it is better to get a cheap brilliant coach. but teams which are quite wealthy sometimes take a high magical YC instead of an unearthly one....
.. i doubt it.. because a high magical is generally dear.... :)
unearthly YC... a few guys in ireland have it (and are active on forums) and they have a lot of 3.x talents every season it seems...
i guess as a result its worth it :)
junior school is a lot more effective! i have about 8 youths worth keeping every week in YS... costing 14k (6 spaces) plus YC = 35k = ~50k...
in the end it works out though i feel... have a few massive prospects and a player i feel at the moment is worth 5M which covers the entire investment :)
thing is small countries get more for young players as they have a massive chance of being Intl prospects (increases match attendance and training) so its a benefit to train them for big clubs (who have more money to buy them)

if you have only 8 youths in school, then from what end-level are you keeping them?
only if the can reach lvl15 or what ?

na.. around formiddable... depends on possible age too... am cutting out a lot of youths this time of the season because theyre gonna be a year older in 2 weeks anyways...i hafnt had any youths worth anything below excellent really... and i had 2 outstandings and 1 incredible this season i think and theyre all gone into training in my team.. i figure thats where the money is..
if i keep all youths, who can reach lvl 10, my youth school would be over filled ;)
A player with red card in last round can play play-off game?
Unfortunately, no.
play-off game is still an official match...

I knew national players increased attendance, but they increase training too?!?!?
I'm training pace. For example, if my headcoach is hopeless in defender, a player needs 20 week to pop in defending. How long would it be if my head coach's defender skill is unearthly? very good ?
yes. if you hafnt already played them in both friendly and league matches it will give them a slight training increase
nobody is exactly sure of the difference between skill levels... i would ensure that your head coach is magical/unearthly in what you are training as main skill though! even then there is probably 10% of a difference between those 2 levels. so 10 trainings with unearthly is same as 11 with magical..
over the season it adds up.
as for coaches sideskills... only improve them as is necessary and what you can afford...

I think you misunderstood my question, I'm just talking about headcoach sideskills here
I'm training pace. For example, if my headcoach is hopeless in defender, a player will need 20 week of general training to pop in defending. How long would it take the same guy to pop in defender if my head coach's defender skill is unearthly? if is very good ?
