I think you misunderstood my question, I'm just talking about headcoach sideskills here

I'm training pace. For example, if my headcoach is hopeless in defender, a player will need 20 week of general training to pop in defending. How long would it take the same guy to pop in defender if my head coach's defender skill is unearthly? if is very good ?

with unearthly coach it's around 10% of individual training, but I never saw data with low coach skills, sorry.

There is probably data available in someones SokkerVeiwer for side skills like incredible though

id say each level is about 10% less effective than the last level

i.e unearthly is 100%
magical is 90%
brilliant is 81%
etc...

general training is dependant on assistants also..im sure you can find info out there ;)

thing is when there are 7 other skills and your training 20 players..when its slow, its still important and you see improvements with good caoches as there is so much different skills being trained :)

affording 4x unearthly coaches and YC is pretty expensive though ;)

I would say I go for head coach first. I'm training pace and my 22 line-up players have an average age of around 17.8 (18.8 next season). That's why I want to invest in a multiple unearthly head coach, since my whole team is young and can get a lot from general training !

general training also depends on the average of your 3 assistants.. but yeah head coach is the main part of it...
see what head coach costs you and then see what you can afford with assistants. when you can make a bit of profit from sales then in 1-2 seasons (and get promoted hopefully), get a youth school.. big sponsor income is always handy ;)

imo you made a good decision

this is some data which might be helpful:





between week 185 and 218 main coach was still unerthly in playmaker and brilliant in striker skill
look at the lenght of random pops from level 2 to level 3 in both those skills in almost this same time. difference is quite huge

the truth is that during striker pop he was older but also i improoved my trainers around week 210 from ~3x10 to ~3x13

There is some chance since he is young.

I had 18y player who recovered from 24 days injury in 20 days, he was injured on wednesday and still lost only two trainings...

If my head coach is incredible in striker instead of hopeless, will my players get more random pop in striker?

17y..last pop in pace in 4 weeks...

with good treiners (beter than mine) he will popp in 3 week, for sure:)
