yeah definately more random pops, but i dont know how much of an improvement :)
for now id stick with your assistants also.. i only upgraded from 3x very good this season :)
eventually you will need to have money for YS also in my opinion as it can provide great trainees for you longterm and you know how talented they are also rather than risking buying a talentless player :)
since you dont have a YS id advise you to keep a small weekly profit going so you can buy new trainees as required, as thats where you get trainees from ;)
although if you feel the need to upgrade head coach, give it a shot i guess :P

If you bought him on TL you can wait and you will save his wage! (don't wait longer than 7 days or he will dissapear... If you recruited one you will always pay his wage...

good idea. also fire the coach he's replacing now as firing him in future you have to pay his wage then also. (if he is replacing a coach that is) also note when firing him you have to do it twice if he is head coach or assistant
