I have a question, how much time must play a NT player if he plays with his NT.. to train 100%

1. in the sunday mathc
2. in the friendly match

2 full official games -> "really full training"
90 min cup game or league game -> "nearly full training"
90 min friendly game -> "slightly less effective training"
90 min national game -> "around 33% of the normal training"

the sum of that junior is 23, so he should be around average-good.
Due to his low stamina, I think he was adequate...
