Do a player receive training if he got red card?

he will receive training according to the minutes he played.

except in the situation where he gets an injury longer than 7 days by that thursday ;)
red card in league can play in friendly.. but is banned for next official game

Is it true that pace trains slowest because you can train 22 players a week, and striking trains fastest because you can only train 6 players a week?? If so, does technique (trains fastest for the position selected (from the rules)), trains faster for strikers than for mids, or defs....for the reasons stated above...?

@ Laufer: Looger is right. And in addition. Like defending technique trains equally fast in any position be it goalkeeper, defender, midfield or striker. - So most people train technique either in their defence or their midfield.

I know, it makes a lot more sense to train 10 players a week, rather than 6

with all the mids getting 1/2 training you actually get more training effect with striker than with passing, etc. Maybe it should be slightly slower

What is the difference between each level of junior coach?
Say if a player pops has 4.0 talent with outstanding coach, then what is his talent with formidable coach, incredible coach?

0.2 per level is a reasonable rough guide I think

no one knows. Might be linear, might be exponential, ...
