how big difference is the player's ability if he have +1 or +7 (slight injury)

if I put player for some price on market will I pay fee twice or only once?

exsample:
I put player on market for 1 000 000, then i pay fee 100 000, and sombody bid him and get him for 1 500 000, then again I pay fee 150 000 or only 50 000?

If you set him on TL for 1 000 000, you pay 40 000 as fees (4%)

If you sell him, you pay again 4 % of the total (1 500 000 -> 60 000)

And if he is 23 or younger, you pay 5% more to the original club (75 000)

so in your example: if he is 24 or older, you pay 100 000, and if he is 23 or younger 175 000)

nobody knows exacly, but with 7 days injury he plays really visibly worse than usual. I use to wait if a player has more than 1-2 days left.

does a "Formidable" general skill for a juniors coach good for my juniors academy??

It depends on how you are standing with money.

what you mean by " how you are standing with money " ??

I guess he meant how good is your financial status. If you have enough money, then feel free to hire better junior coach.

But as I see you started this game 4 months ago, then formidable is good enough.

agreed with slowtackle.. wait until you can afford incredible as a minimum ;)

focus on making 20-50k a week from sponsors spare, and invest in a few trainees and players...

getting a good squad is more important to begin with

how can i develop the money offered by my sponsors??
this week my sponosrs offered 42000 $, i think this money can not do anythings for my team to have good coach, players, juniors...??

what is the minimum to have in the principal coach of good training for one skill like pace,technic,passe,defense,playmaking,striker for senior players??

$42000 is not bad. Keep winning and promoting, you will get more money

"20k-50k" is "20,000 - 50,000". "k" = thousand, "m" = million

For the training of senior player, you have to get the coach with unearthly in what you're training. For example, if you're training pace then your head coach must have unearthly of pace, you may not care about the other skills

if i want to train one skill the others will not influenced and decreased because of not trained it ???

because i saw that some players lose some level in many skills especially in stamina???

if i want some players who are under 24 years old to make alot of pops in one skill i must make him play 2 matchs every week with unearthly coach in this skill????
