if i want to train one skill the others will not influenced and decreased because of not trained it ???

because i saw that some players lose some level in many skills especially in stamina???

if i want some players who are under 24 years old to make alot of pops in one skill i must make him play 2 matchs every week with unearthly coach in this skill????

and thanks

first thing in the game is to train stamina. that improves your players a lot - get the majority to solid or above
get a head coach who is unearthly in e.g pace after that..make sure theyre unearthly in what you want to train
other skills dont necessarily matter. get a cheap wage ;)
if your head coach is excellent in stamina you wont have a +/- in it, so i would recomment that also..
then get 3 assistants.. 3x good = cheap wages and are necessary

that should be pretty cheap..

with ur extra cash buy trainees... tain them in friendly team.. 50k each should cover the cost of them..you get ok trainees for that.. play them in friendlies and in a season they should increase in the skill you are training by about 4-6 levels.. pick a target skill and train 5 players in it over a season or 2 and you will have a few valuable players who will be important in your team, or who you can sell for more money for better trainees/ a few really good players :)

as you improve your ranking also goes up and as it does, so does your sponsor money.. plus if you get promoted it improves quite a bit. especially in countries like yours with small numbers of people

Stamina goes down for all players if you don't train it
Other skills will go up with a small proportion after each training session with young players (probably under 25). The better the side skills of your head coach, the bigger the proportion. When the proportions accumulate big enough for the next level, he will pop (what we call general pop, or someone call it random pop)
For old players (probably after their 27), their skills go down for a small proportion everyweek
The younger the faster a player pops, best is under 20.
For playing 1 match or 2 matches a week, it depends on you. Player who plays 2 matches a week gets full training (100%), but you lose 1 training spot. I'd rather let a player plays in league and another one plays in friendly

Hey If You Just Can Have Formıdable Coach, dont open YS...Wait until have abilty of having a better coach...

he's from Al Maghrib, he could get quite a lot of money even for mediocre youth pulls because of their low NT requirements. Imho it would be a huge mistake to close his school.

I agree, i advise starting a junior school as soon as possible. Starting with a very good coach is fine, even more so in small, weak countries.

Would that be better to have 3 excellent assistants, or to have 1 very good, 1 ex and 1 formid?
Or maybe I should count on sum of skills?
2009-06-08 14:03:56
3 excellent i think is better...

10/10/10 and 9/10/11 will probably have the same effect, but 3 equal assistants are cheaper.

Wage is approximately equal, but bidding price is a lot different.
But as I have 2 very good and 1 excellent at the moment, do you think I should change a very good with a formidable one, rather than step by step change to excellent, and then eventually change to formidable, which means I have to bid twice

it is a valid point - as time goes on you will replace all these guys with better

so having unbalanced assistants isn't such a crime while you upgrade them 1 by 1

An incredible coach with total skill of 101, wage at 20k euro
versus an outstanding coach with total skill of 99, wage at 15k euro
Who would you go for?
2009-06-08 15:17:20
Incredible. 20k € is a really good salary.
2009-06-08 15:21:22
even if the difference in total skills is just 2 lv?
2009-06-08 15:37:26
difference in total skills can be a lot more because of subskills. :)

So ... ?

I'd say it depends on his keeper skill maybe. I would go for the one with lower keeper in general.
