Hi guys,I really need your valued opinions...I transfered a coach for my YS...His level is outstanding and ı can transfer incredible..Rıght now ı earn some money per a week(20k Turkish Lıras=12k euros) should ı transfer incredible coach and rein my profit per a week?Will it make difference?

Now I have a big problem

My head coach was:
Stamina hopeless [1]
Pace unearthly [16]
Technique hopeless [1]
Passing unsatisfactory [2]
Keeper tragic [0]
Defeder poor [3]
Playmaker tragic [0]
Striker tragic [0]

Then I change to this coach(cost me only 15k euro to bid LOL):

average of stamina unsatisfactory of keeper
unearthly of pace unearthly of defender
unearthly of technique magical of playmaker
magical of passing unearthly of striker

And from then, I was watching my players lost their stamina everyweek (2-3 players drop in stamina each week), which never happened when I had the hopeless stamina coach (only one drop in stamina in 4 weeks with the old coach)
During that period I actually have changed to better assistant coach. WHAT IS HAPPENING?

I wouldn't, it doesn't make a big difference.

Wait till you got some more money.
If you now lose one or two games, you will probably not make any profit no longer...

depends on subskills. he can be 1.9 skills better than the other one.

id go to brilliant next level.. if you cant afford it, then dont do it ;)
make sure you allow for losses in sponsorship too ;)

strange.. excellent is the average in my opinion (you get same amount of losses as gains in a week)
average should only be about 1 decrease a week max

as someone said.. random.. your last coach decreased their subskill of stamina down really low, and now sinc eyou switched, they're all decreasing in bigger numbers... it shouldnt really be that bad..
p.s nice coach. bet he's costing a bit
its why im happy mine has unearthly stamina as a main skill ;)
short term though, i recommend you keep him.. its really difficult get one you really want longterm and once you have them, it kinda definces the training path you choose for the rest of the game i.e i will always either be defender or mids because mine is lacking in striker and keeper skill ;)

So mine is about to train defender, pace, tech, striker for the rest of the game. No playmaking and passing? (because his playmaking and passing are magical)
Yeah he cost 30k euro/ week, but I think it's not too much for his skills, and the most important thing is that I won him for only 15k euro, very funny !!! Coach like him usually be bid up to, say at least 250k

na magical..means you might need 22 general trainings for an increase instead of 20.. theres not a major difference between them so far as i know ;)
for the main skill you are training though, you're taking about probably a 10% loss to training..so over 20 trainings then, it adds up a bit more ;) (basically 2 lost training sessions)

not that much either really..but every little helps ;)

I got a question

I've always had an unearthly coach in for example technique when I'm trainig technique, but that coach is only unearthly in that skill; now I got a new coach that is unearthly in other 2 skills (striker and pache) should I spect more random pops than the time i had the other coaches? or those other skills don't make a difference?

Now this random pops affect only the players that the have the correct order or all the players who play? like Im training Tech in mids; this means the only players that could get this random pops are the ones who play mid in the games, correct? or does any player get the chance of a random pop? if so how does that works?

u will get more random pops with new coach, though dont expect to see the difference quickly as 'random training' is 9~ times slower.

all players will have more random training, not only those who get main training.

If two coaches have the same wage and general appraisal, then the coach with lower keeper skill will be better, is that correct?

depends on what u believe to be a better coach... coach with lower keeper skill will never be a better coach for gk trainer [;
