Why my country don't have national team?

Because your country doesn't have enough managers yet.
You need around 10 managers to get a NT.

i thought it was 2 seasons after the country was founded? no?

im guessing they have to have a set amount of managers also though :P

Hmm ... don't know about the 2 seasons, I always thought it just depends on the managers.
But you definitely don't get a NT in your first season.

If you substitute player A for B in, for example, 60 minutes is it possible to make a reversed substitute (substituting player B for A) 15 minutes later in the game? If it is possible does the substituted player rest any bit on the bench? A bit weird questions but I have some funny tactical ideas involving this kind of subs :)

Depends also how many user you'll have at the time the devs decide whether you'll get a NT or not I think.

If a player's talent is 4.25 in YS with an Outstanding coach, what is his "real" talent if he's trained by a magical coach?

@klvn, id say his approximation is pretty correct though..id go a bit lower even and say
3.7ish

depends on sublevel of outstanding coach.. lower talent even (3.5 possible) if low-medium level

im just randomly assuming based on 0.05% of a difference between coaches levels..nobody knows the actual numbers yet ;)

It won't be 3.5 for sure, i think around 3.8 at best.

with outstanding coach? upgrading to unearthly?
