Is it worth it to buy someone for eg, magical pace and def, incredible-outstanding pm and tech and passing at 30 yrs old and use for around 4-5 seasons?

I was thinking if I'd gotten one oldie with such high level skills, when he's skill starts to deteriorate, I'd get someone of my league's standard, not to mention the cheaper price.

I think 30y is bit old to keep him for 4-5 seasons. He definitely should loose level of each skills in first 2 seasons. Rather buy someone who is 27-28. They are cheap too.

Hmm. Ok. Thanks. I'll try my luck. :)

I've seen a couple of former NT players with such skills but at 32 yrs old. Thinking of using such people for 3 seasons and fire them or sell them cheap after that.

imho until 32y losing skills is rare. I only have one pace down + maybe one down in another skill until the player is 32. but maybe my coaches are too good... imho he can use a 30y old player for at least 4 seasons.

Well I almost agree. I am sure it depends how high the skills are. For example pace from solid to good will decrease faster, than from incredible to outstanding.

why?

I would have said that high skills decrease faster like stamina. But I've no own experience.

could a striker trainer send me a pm, because i don't know how to create a succesfull 4-3-3 tactic :)

succesfull 4-3-3 tactic :)

believe me it's impossible unless your strikers and rest of the team are not clearly stronger than opponent

look at Romania U21 last 2 games :)

which formation do i have to play when i train strikers ?, anaconda such a tactic is impossible to make for me :p

58.5 avarage mark 55.7

your team was clearly stronger. especially your strikers vs estonian defs

Defense is our weakest part for sure. The reason is that no one trains it, at least not popular in Eesti. Mostly people train strikers and midfielders. However I have thought changing my training and start producing some quality Eesti defenders.

I recently made a poll and 20 people in Eesti from those 130 who answered train defenders. That`s clearly a low amount.

what is the minimum level of skill for coach to train "Stamina" and make pops in 2 or 3 week??
2009-07-06 23:05:23
don't know, and stamina training has a random factor included.

but even for a newbie I would recommend at least an incredible stamina skill - if you train for more than 1 or 2 weeks, at least magical.

When a match is won by default, do players still get training?

If there were substitutions that was supposed to take place in the game, do the substitutions take place and the players get training?
2009-07-07 06:36:03
i think the team who won by default play the match normaly with the substitutions so i think all the players get the training
