Agree with you :) Maybe it will make the difference between popping to unearthly tech in 6 or 7 weeks ... so not really worth bothering.

by the time you are going for unearthly tech pops I have no doubt the coach is unearthly, won't make a difference to a beginner though. I think I had a brilliant pace coach for the 1st season I played - did little harm

Training of pace, the time counts or the player needs to play only 1 min to take part of the training?

If the time counts, 1 player who playes first 45 min as mid and second game 45m as def, only counts the second game or counts the total time?

it is on a timecountbase, both matches count if the player has in both matches the same order. otherwise only the last match counts.

For an example that placing all 11 players far out on the left side makes you win. I mean that it really does, that would be a bug... a bug can also be that transfer fee i paid x2


What is 3 FT from good to solid pace approx yp talent

4 youth talent id say..maybe slightly higher even.. (Age is a factor also though :) )

that 3 week pop could also have a lot of sub skill from the previous pop even, so its hard to tell...
iv got a 4.5 week talenter whos gone from weak to good at 3 week pops each time at 19 YO,
good to solid is generally similar, and then solid to outstanding is generally pretty representative of the talent i find...maybe just below..

It's impossible to tell without at least another 2 pops. My mega talented star who was 3.75 in youth school with formidale coach took 3 weeks to solid pace.
