personally i have unearthly, and with 20 players, i average 1.5 - 2 increases a week...

as langhe said. hopeless = -1.5 - 2 decreases a week, excellent seems to average out at 0,

if you have high stamina already, its not a major issue, it also drives up the cost of the wage of the coach though...
just a personal decision i guess.. i have 3 out of my 18 players on unearthly stamina, so i cant afford to have the rest dropping more levels, so it makes sense to have them increase weekly

if you have all players or most of them lon formiddable, then you dont need it in head coach, as they will only drop 1 level in a season, and off season you train it anyway :)
-just wasting money having a coach with it..

the whole point in coaches is to train what your players need. if they need stamina, have a coach with fairly high stamina anyway, if not, then low levels is fine - you save money to buy better players or whatever :)

most of my trainees have stamina between 1 and 3... because well.. they are trainees and thats how i bought them:)

My main goal for the next couple of year is training training training of 17y-20y . Should i be focusing on stamina or completely ignore it?

Also, with a coach like this,

Training effectiveness:
hopeless of stamina unsatisfactory of keeper
unearthly of pace magical of defender
unearthly of technique unearthly of playmaker
unearthly of passing unearthly of striker

how many random pops should i expect every week ?

are random pops different for trainees and non trainees?

Well if you have a trainer that makes the stamina of your players drop anyway, then I personally would not train stamina and so "ignore" it.

It is not easy to say how many random pops you will get with such a trainer. Of course stamina and keeper random ups are very unlikely but rest depends on age, talent and skills of your players and on your assistant coaches of course. Of course if every player in your team has already excellent+ in most skills, then it will get much slower than if you have many tragic-poor skills. I have an average of 3 random ups per week. With much younger players with less skills it is probably more.

And no, random pops are not different for trainees and non-trainees.

i have a new squad too basically as i said...
but with that coach you wont get much better for cheap...

random pops,
with 3x outstanding assistants, and a coach like yours (unearthly in everything), in a talent 4.5 player age 18-19, it took 30 weeks for a general training pop from average - adequate

younger players may be faster, talent is a factor, as are assistant coaches... and the level of the pop.. higher skills take much longer to pop in.. (IMO, level 0-4 takes 1/3rd of talent time), 5-8 takes 2/3rds of talent time, 9-12 takes the talent time, after that im guessing its slightly higher - thats for a player aged 18. as they get older it takes longer, younger, maybe its shorter ;)

from my example there - 2/3rds of 4.5 = 3, that makes general training 10 times less effective than main training

so do you think its a good idea to get such a coach , or should i stay with single unearthlys depending on what i train?

what sort of assistants do you have..? and how much does your guy cost.. if you can afford it its grand.. no point having so many unearthly skills unless you have decent assistants to back it up

would the mood of my fans decrease to the bottom if I loose the promotion match to ascend, not descend? (I put those words in bold because I don't know if they are the corrct words to use) :)
2009-08-15 16:02:38
the words you need are promotion and relegation :P

The world cup qualification draw will take place next Sunday? Can someone confirm that.
2009-08-15 16:12:00
usually its 5 levels down if you lose, and 5 levels up if you win

I have excellent to formidable assistants.

I bought him for 200k , not being sure about the price, and am thinking of not bringing him in if its not a good idea.

I have about 450k and more than 10 trainees.
2009-08-15 16:49:01
not bad... his wage is the important thing, as you have to pay that weekly :)
10k difference = 160k a season mate :)
longterm he doesnt look bad though, as he has nearly every main skill you use unearthly!
2009-08-15 16:53:30
thats what i was thinking when buying him. AT LEAST for 2 seasons, i dont really care about performance, even though next season i ll be promoted to the first category (small country). Does stamina level make a big difference in the price of trainees 17-20y ?
2009-08-15 17:06:12
nope not to price at that age, but a massive difference to performance on the pitch, i never take into account stamina in young players, because, as i said, i get one general training pop a season, and then 1-2 in week 0 when i train stamina for either 1 or 2 weeks depending on if i have a qualification match.
thats 3 pops a season, so in 3 seasons, even from tragic stamina, they reach max level almost..
