nope not to price at that age, but a massive difference to performance on the pitch, i never take into account stamina in young players, because, as i said, i get one general training pop a season, and then 1-2 in week 0 when i train stamina for either 1 or 2 weeks depending on if i have a qualification match.
thats 3 pops a season, so in 3 seasons, even from tragic stamina, they reach max level almost..

Form in this game is completely random and a big mystery.

my question is that i want to train "Stamina" and "Pace" , so how can i do that in the same time and week ?? and can i change the Formation and the Type of training a lot of times in one week and that can make my players benefited the training is Pace and Stamina???

tell me please how can i make my players win benefited quickly more ups in "Pace" and all my players have age between 17 and 23 years old ??

there is only one training each week on thursday ~7:00 sk time. your settings at that time (stamina OR pace) counts for training. if the player plays with different orders (def/mid/att) at sunday and wednesday the order from wednesday is important and he won't get training for the position on sunday.

it is GMT +1 at the moment mate... always is.. so whenever we change over in ireland, im pretty sure the game changes over then also..

in otherwords, whatever you have selected to get trained thursday morning at 6.30-7.00am sokker time, thats the skill that gets trained ;)
if you play 2 matches in a week its a good idea to train pace, next week train stamina as you dont have matches - or you dont hav 2 matches- might be a cup match now i think of it...

you can change training type at any time, only what it is set to at that time mentioned on thursday Morning matters, as that is when the training update occurs
