If i remember from the big NT guys , players dont loose trainingin their team if their NT plays in a match with more than 5 defs, mids or 3 attacks. Correct?

Afaik they lose the NT "bonus" training, but not the team training for sure.

No, single skills of junior school coach has no effect on players. Only overall skill matters.
