Lol! I hv the same problem as you! I dun know wat it means too!!

those are what percentage the player has to be in a certain position!!
some users just figure out themselves other use ready made numbers from other applications

and most just dont use it :p

does a "Formidable" youth coach good to have nice juniors??
and if i want to have an assitants to the principal coach does "very good" general skill good too??

well, it's clear that the higher the coach, the better. But, it will cost you more as well. I think that a junior coach has to be at least brilliant in order to have a chance of getting any decent juniors. But you might be extremely lucky with a formidable one. The same goes for the assistants, but a very good can do if you haven't got any more money. It should all depend on your income how well your coaches can be.

I have a question too: I want to ignore Langhe. How can I do this? He's just everywhere! ;)

quit sokker, imho the only way to reach your aim :)

I was kind of aiming for him to quit sokker, or for others to persuade him to quit.

get ~10 juniors with that junior coach then upgrade to incredible.. should be about 21k euro a week.. brilliant if you can afford it.. can get a cheap one at 30k wage cheaply occasionally...

for a beginner, "very good" assistants are more than enough :)

you can upgrade over time as your team develops, and yo;u get more income from sponsors and matches ;)

get langhe banned maybe...??? :P

If you have something to say about staff's behaviour or actions, you can always contact to another admin than that which is from your country, all of those complainings will be investigated between several admins from different countries.

if needed you can send sk-mail to me or any other admin who fits better to you

its probably best to try and deal with it in your own community first though..
other than that, admins are the way to go..

the people in charge for the main part were put there for good reason.. although its volunary work, so i guess you cant expect it to be 24hr work thats done ;)

all 3 creators generally is pointless to get onto, as they have admins there to pass on info, etc to them..
considering you didnt actually comment on the problem here, im assuming its something trivial, which only you have a problem yourself with, although at the same time this isnt the place to discuss it, so im not too concerned :)
